In Ritual/Reverence, 17 artists examine the profound expressions and implications of ritual, both in everyday life and the creative process. Their practices vary deeply: some fashion votive objects that open doors to communal connection, others weave and unweave images to reclaim a birthright, while some lay down repetitive marks to conjure the ghosts of lost homes. Together, these works investigate the enduring power of sacred practice.
